a month agoToday at lunch lunchtime, I stopped by seven seas food truck and they had fresh black drum ribs on the menu. Yes I couldn’t help myself. I had to try them and they were awesome. The food is fresh, freshly cooked and served and is very good. That’s the way seafood is supposed to taste. I’ll be back y’all that is good.

3 months agoHorrible!!!!!! this guys a con sold me cat fish charged me for drum thinking we wouldn’t notice!!! Never ever going back and telling all my friends and family to ever even try this disgusting place!!! Bands Seafood has made me too picky or something!! But this was below subpar!!!!

3 months agoWas not too pleased with the batter when I bit into it it fell apart like it was just crumbles, the menu is misleading, and service I had to send my own receipt because obviously that guy did not know how to do it cuz he asked me to send it, the only reason why I went there was because it's the first thing that popped up on Google, I won't go back unless somebody else's paying

Edited 10 months agoFood has no taste.. Hush puppies are huge and taste like they just dropped cornmeal in grease, no flavor.. Very disappointed.. Fries taste like week old oil... We bought 3 drum plates one catfish plate and 2 shrimp plates.. Spent alot of money.. Rather go back to Bandas.. I see why there was no customers for lunch 😒

a year agoSmallest oysters and shrimp I've ever seen!! $22 ! and that pic. had an extra shrimp order in the same box. I'd be ashamed to serve this! Oysters the size of a dime!!!🙄

2 years agoMy in-laws said they got their food from here before so we gave it a shot today 6-15-24 and as for fried seafood, it was very good. Batter wasn’t too heavy so we are eating more seafood than batter. It took me 15 minutes to get home and the fried seafood entrees are still very good. Coleslaw wasn’t everywhere like one of the reviewers had mentioned. I was happy about that. We got seafood platters, an oyster basket and a pound of jumbo shrimp. Will definitely come back when seafood craving arises in the future.

2 years agoI went last Friday & I was kinda excited to try it but I was so very disappointed. The food was so disgusting, like they hadn't changed the oil in a very long time. I asked them not to put the Cole slaw but they did anyway in which there was Cole slaw everywhere. The fish was soggy & the fries were indescribably gross. I wasted my money for sure, everything was so soggy & greasy that even the blue from the laying paper was on the food, oh & the hush puppies were black from being burned. If I can give this place a zero I would!

2 years agoJust tried for the FIRST time today after hearing about how good it was from other people & the food was BEYOND AMAZING WAS SUPER HOT & FRESH!!! YOU CAN TELL EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUSLY HOMEMADE & THAT FISH WAS SOOOO GOOD WITH THE Tartar SAUCE SEASONED TO PERFECTION!!! JUST RIGHT NOT OVERLY COOKED OR SEASONED !! YALL HAVE TO COME DOWN HERE & TRY THIS GOOD FOOD IN MY OPINION THE BEST FISH I’VE HAD IN A VERY LONGTIME HERE IN CORPUS I WILL BE BACK!!! THANKYOU SO MUCH!😊❤️ & THE PLACE IS SO NICE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HEB ON KOSTORYZ & they even have a table you can sit outside and eat in front of the food truck HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
